- Assistant Manager (General): Two-year postgraduate degree or postgraduate diploma in any discipline.
- Assistant Manager (Technical): B.E./B.Tech in Agriculture, Food Technology, Food Science or related disciplines.
- Assistant Manager (Finance): Graduate in Commerce with three years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting, or CA/CMA qualification as notified.
- Assistant Manager (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Assistant Manager (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Assistant Manager (Mechanical): B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Junior Executive (General): Graduate in any discipline with working knowledge of computer applications and MS Office.
- Junior Executive (Technical): B.Sc. in Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science or Chemistry.
Candidates must possess the required qualifications as on 15 November 2026. Experience is not required for any post except the Commerce-graduate route for Assistant Manager (Finance).

The selection stages differ for Assistant Manager and Junior Executive posts:
- Assistant Manager (Post Codes 01 to 06): Online Examination, Document Verification and Interview.
- Junior Executive (Post Codes 07 and 08): Online Examination and Document Verification (no interview).
CWC Exam Pattern 2026
The online examination comprises 200 objective-type questions and 2 descriptive English questions, carrying a total of 230 marks with a duration of 3 hours. One-fourth of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for every wrong answer in the objective section.
