Good news for lakhs of aspirants in Uttar Pradesh: the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has released the final marks for the UP Home Guard Enrolment 2025 on Saturday, 24 October 2026. Candidates can now check their individual scorecards on the board’s official website, uppbpb.gov.in, using their registration number and date of birth.
The final marks release completes one of the biggest recruitment drives the state has seen in recent years. The final selection result itself was declared on 3 October 2026, with 41,424 candidates selected against exactly 41,424 vacancies spread across all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh. What candidates were waiting for since then was their own marks break-up, and that wait ended today.
What was released on 24 October
Today’s release is the final marks, not a fresh selection list. In plain terms, the board has now opened the scorecard window for candidates who took part in the Home Guard enrolment process. The scorecard shows the normalised written examination score along with marks awarded for preferential qualifications, where applicable, and the total marks that counted towards the district merit list.
Candidates should note one important detail about how the marks are delivered. As per the board’s notice, after entering the registration number and date of birth and clicking the final score link, the marks are sent to the candidate’s registered email ID. So keep an eye on the inbox linked to your application, including the spam folder, and do not share the scorecard link or login details with anyone else.

How the merit list was prepared
The Home Guard drive drew a staggering response. The board received 25,32,196 applications for the 41,424 posts, and 1,07,221 candidates were shortlisted after the written examination for document verification and the Physical Standard Test. The written examination was held on 25, 26 and 27 April 2026, the written result came on 28 June 2026, document verification and the physical standard test ran from 13 July to 7 August 2026, and the physical efficiency test was held in September 2026.
Because the written examination was held in multiple shifts, marks were normalised under the applicable rules before the merit list was drawn. Preferential qualification marks were then added where candidates had submitted valid documents. The final merit was district-wise, which is why the cut-off marks differ from one district to another. The district-wise cut-off for the last selected candidate is published at the end of List 1, the overall district-wise selection list, and candidates can compare their total marks against the cut-off for their own district and category.
What selected candidates should do next
If your name is in the final selection list, the scorecard is mainly a record of your marks, but it is still worth checking carefully. Match your name, registration number and district on the scorecard, and keep your original documents and certificates ready, as the board’s instructions for the next stage will follow through the official website. Do not trust any call, message or social media post that asks for money in exchange for a posting or a change in marks. All genuine updates come only from uppbpb.gov.in.
