The lyrics highlight significant decisions made by the Modi-led government, such as the construction of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, the surgical strike on Pakistan, the launch of various welfare schemes such as Ayushman Bharat, Ujjwala Yojana, Swachh Bharat Mission, etc.
The song also showcases the popularity and charisma of PM Modi among various sections of society, especially the youth, women, farmers, workers, and minorities. The song has a chorus that goes like this:

The BJP hopes that this theme song will inspire its supporters to vote for it in large numbers in 2024.
